BEFORE AND AFTERCARE FEES AND SCHEDULE
Before and Aftercare services are available to full-time Toddler and Casa children. Before care is offered from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM (free care from 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM) and Aftercare begins at 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. During Before and Aftercare, the children enjoy taking part in crafts, block building, games, story time, and free play. Aftercare children will enjoy outdoor time in the playground from 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM (weather permitting).

Before and Aftercare fees are as follows:
Before Care:
7:30 AM to 8:00 AM = (free)
8:00 AM to 8:45 AM = $850.00
(Note that the time from 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM is calculated as a ½ hour increment.)
After Care:
4:00 PM to 4:30 PM = $850.00
4:00 PM to 5:00 PM = $1,700.00
4:00 PM to 5:30 PM = $2,550.00
*$800.00 per half hour increment per calendar school year.
MONTESSORI METHOD
Montessori is a philosophy of education. It has been tried and proven for over one hundred years. Dr. Maria Montessori developed this “new education” based on her scientific observations of children. She established that children possess an intrinsic desire to explore, discover, and learn about their environment, and that they learn best in a supportive, home-like setting.
In 1907, Maria Montessori opened her first school “Casa de Bambini” or Children’s House, and began developing the very special learning environment, materials and methods that have been enhanced over the years to educate and challenge children and prepare them so well for later life experiences.
